Contract: Fixed erm to 31st March 2030 (subject to programme funding)

Join us in making a positive difference to people's lives across Rhondda Cynon Taf. The Connect to Work Programme is a new employment support initiative designed to help people overcome barriers to work and achieve sustainable employment. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Project Assistant to provide vital administrative and operational support to this exciting programme.
As Project Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the Connect to Work Programme. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing participant and programme information, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with funding and organisational requirements. Working closely with colleagues across the Connect to Work and Work & Skills teams, you will provide high-quality administrative support that enables the programme to achieve positive outcomes for participants and employers.
