Job summary

Ser in seeks a driven Business Development Manager to cover North & Mid Wales, supporting two or three centres. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships and manage sales cycles while delivering growth across the region.

The role offers £40,000 base with OTE £55,000, 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a car, health care and a pension. A full UK driving license is required and prior field-based experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in an engineering environment.
• Full UK driving license.
• Be hungry and committed to building a career.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to present yourself professionally.
• Ability to communicate technical information.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new business opportunities including markets and clients.
• Building relationships with new and established clients.
• Gathering an understanding of clients needs to be able to provide the best service.
• Complete and maintain relevant records accurately.
• Liaise with various internal centres to support their needs and increase sales.
• Manage sales life cycles and maintain up to date knowledge of clients, market movements, trends and data.
