Shillito Group is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans and build long-term customer relationships across parking technology sectors. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will drive growth, manage a healthy sales pipeline and lead negotiations to close new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical B2B sales.
• Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth.
• Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Ensure activities align with commercial objectives.
• Use CRM systems to manage opportunities and analyse sales data.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information and forecasts.
• Collaborate with external marketing partners for lead generation.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to MD.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business.
• Manage multiple opportunities while delivering excellent service.
