Job summary

Phoenix Futures in Sheffield is seeking a motivated team manager to lead our housing service, delivering high-quality support to people in recovery from drugs and alcohol misuse across multiple sites near the city centre.

You will guide a small team, provide one-to-one support to identify strengths and goals, help individuals build recovery capital, access training and education, engage with community and peer support, and ensure inclusive, recovery-focused services across the provision.

Job description

This vacancy presents a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Sheffield team, based close to the City Centre, delivering support to people in recovery from drug and alcohol misuse across a number of sites.

You will lead a small, committed team providing high quality and inclusive services to individuals with a range of backgrounds and experiences, including substance use, offending, and homelessness.

You will lead the team in delivering high quality services and accommodation, one-to-one support to identify strengths and goals, and work with each individual to support them to build recovery capital and achieve their ambitions, including accessing training and education, engaging with community and peer support, and building recovery capital.
