Job summary

Phoenix Futures Group in Sheffield is seeking a North Housing Manager to lead the Sheffield Housing Service team and deliver high-quality, inclusive housing support for people in recovery from drugs and alcohol misuse.

The role focuses on supervising a small team, enabling access to training, education and community engagement, and coordinating with partner services. On-call rota is remunerated; standard hours are 9-5 with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Leadership and organisation skills.
• Understanding of housing provision, especially supported accommodation.
• Experience in substance misuse service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team delivering housing services.
• Provide one-to-one support to individuals to identify strengths and goals.
• Support access to training and education, engaging with community and peer support.
