Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in the United States seeks a Senior Compensation Partner for North America to own compensation strategy and execution. You will partner with senior leaders to design market-aligned programs that attract and retain talent while ensuring equity and financial discipline.

You will drive the annual merit and bonus cycles, govern pay structures, and advise on executive offers, investigations, and governance, with a focus on pay transparency and compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, HR, finance, or data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field.
• CCP certification preferred, but not required.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation module.
• Experience owning compensation programs or regional scope, including market pricing, annual cycles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary compensation partner for North America, advising leaders on strategy and decision-making.
• Oversee benchmarking and market analysis to inform pay positioning.
• Design and govern regional compensation structures, ranges, and incentive programs.
• Lead the annual merit and bonus review in partnership with HRIS and Finance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and pay transparency across the region.
• Develop materials to support compensation conversations and enable managers.
