Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Manager to own our global compensation framework and lead annual cycles across 19 countries. You will leverage Workday Advanced Compensation, partner with HR, Finance, and senior leaders, and drive equity and efficiency in our pay programs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-border considerations, and the delivery of scalable compensation practices that align with Nexthink’s growth.

Qualifications

• Global compensation experience in a complex, multi-country organization.
• Hands-on Workday Advanced Compensation for cycles and workflows.
• Experience driving AI-driven improvements in compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Nexthink’s global compensation framework across 19 countries.
• Lead the annual compensation cycle from end to end, including merit and bonus design.
• Benchmark against market data and recommend targeted band adjustments.
• Own pay-equity monitoring and remediation tracking across geographies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HRIS, and senior leaders on compensation decisions.
