Nexthink is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Manager to lead the global compensation framework across 19 countries. You will own the annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus design, and Workday Advanced Compensation configuration, working with HRIS, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders.

You will drive benchmarking, pay-equity monitoring, and cross-border relocation compensation strategies, ensuring scalable, fair, and market-competitive pay programs across the organization.

• Extensive global compensation experience across multiple countries.
• Hands-on Workday Advanced Compensation configuration and processes.
• Proven ability to translate market data into actionable compensation recommendations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve Nexthink's global compensation framework, including job architecture, grade profiles, and salary bands across 19 countries.
• Lead the annual compensation cycle end-to-end, including merit and bonus design and workflow configurations.
• Run annual benchmarking with market-data partners and adjust bands as markets evolve.
• Own annual pay-equity monitoring and present findings to the CPO.
• Partner with People Business Partners on offers, promotions, and retention decisions.
• Design compensation approaches for cross-border relocations.
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal on equity-plan administration and vesting schedules.
• Model headcount costs and compensation scenarios with Finance.
• Collaborate with HRIS/Workday teams on requirements and workflows to improve experience.
