Nexthink seeks a Senior Global Compensation Manager to own and evolve our global compensation framework across 19 countries. You will lead annual cycles, drive merit and bonus design, and coordinate with People Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders.

You will use Workday Advanced Compensation, benchmark data, and AI-driven insights to inform band adjustments and equity initiatives, ensuring competitive, equitable pay globally.

Qualifikationen

• Significant global compensation experience in a multi-country org.
• Hands-on Workday Advanced Compensation to run cycles and translate requirements.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions for compensation.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment; build compensation scenarios and bands.
• Experience assessing pay equity and remediation tracking.
• Clear communication with HRBPs, managers, Finance, and executives.
