Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician provides administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution in line with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role operates on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.

What you’ll do:
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
  • Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
  • Action Service Requests.
  • Assign tickets to technical support, field engineers, and service providers.
  • Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
  • Coordinate traffic management with relevant providers and teams.
  • Communicate with customers about network incidents.
  • Collaborate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Who you are:

Experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:
  • 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution experience.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
