NiCE is seeking an ambitious NOC-SRE to join a team focused on 24/7 service reliability, incident response, automation, and observability. You’ll engineer problems away, not just respond to alerts.

The role sits at the intersection of traditional NOC responsibilities and reliability engineering, coordinating with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams. NiCE emphasizes blameless PIRs and scalable self‑healing with automation.

Qualifications

• Excellent Linux system administration.
• Proven incident management in production environments.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS) and containers.
• Experience with monitoring/alerting platforms and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in 24x7 on-call rotations for incident response.
• Triage, mitigate, and resolve major incidents with cross‑functional teams.
• Design and improve runbooks, alerting strategies, and SLO/SLI alignment.
• Build and maintain dashboards with Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.
• Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, Go) to reduce toil.
