Careline Lifestyles in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced NMC Registered Home Manager to lead a specialist nursing and residential service. This is a permanent, full-time role, offering a supportive, family-run environment and a chance to drive high-quality, person-centred care.

The successful candidate will provide clinical nursing leadership, manage the team, and balance compassionate care with strong operational performance, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Current NMC Registration (RN) required.
• Experience as Registered Home Manager in nursing/complex care settings.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the home.
• Inspire and support the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
• Ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.
• Manage budgets, resources and contracts effectively.
• Drive service development and continuous improvement.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota and provide clinical nursing cover when needed.
