Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager (NMC Registered Nurse) to lead a 35-bed care home in Bolton, ensuring high-quality care, governance, and growth. You will drive compliance, staff development, and stakeholder relationships to deliver exceptional service.

The role offers a full-time, permanent leadership position with an ASAP start and a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule. Previous care home management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (essential).
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall management and day‑to‑day running of the home.
• Maintain full CQC compliance and quality standards.
• Oversee occupancy growth, staffing, and operational performance.
• Lead, develop, and support the nursing and care team.
• Manage clinical governance, audits, and care planning.
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners.
