You will drive exceptional person-centred care, oversee day-to-day operations, and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes for residents with complex care needs.

The role requires current NMC registration as a registered nurse, prior home management experience, and strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Current NMC Registration is an essential requirement.
• Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager.
• Experience managing nursing and/or complex care services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and performance of the home.
• Inspire, develop and support your team to deliver outstanding care.
• Ensure the home consistently meets regulatory and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, resources and contracts effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and service development.
• Lead strategic initiatives to support future growth of the home.
• Participate in shared out-of-hours on-call rota.
• Provide clinical nursing cover when required to support the service.
