Job summary

Careline Lifestyles is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a specialist nursing and residential service in the UK. You will drive exceptional person-centred care, oversee day-to-day operations, and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes for residents with complex care needs.

The role requires current NMC registration as a registered nurse, prior home management experience, and strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
