Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager in Scotland to ensure care quality exceeds standards and regulations. You will provide specialist nursing support, act in the Home Manager’s absence, and coach staff to deliver exceptional, compassionate care for residents living with dementia, residential, and specialist needs.

Qualifications

• NMC Pin is required and must be valid.
• Knowledge of National Standards and the NMC code of practice is essential.
• Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic resident care.
• Cover the Home Manager in their absence and ensure continuity of care.
