Job summary

HC-One in the United Kingdom is seeking a Care Home Manager to lead a dementia, residential and specialist care home. You will oversee the wellbeing of residents, develop individualised care plans, and drive a compassionate, compliant operation.

You will recruit and mentor a multidisciplinary team, deliver high standards of care, manage risks and safeguard residents, and work to continuously improve service quality within regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a care home manager with strong leadership and team mentorship.
• Has a Registered Manager Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5 or willingness to study.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and safeguard residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor the care home team to ensure smooth running.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor safety, standards and regulatory compliance, ensuring dignity and choice for residents.
• Drive continuous improvement and a truly empathic service.
