Job summary

HC-One in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to oversee resident care when the Home Manager is unavailable, ensuring care delivery meets national standards and safeguarding requirements. You will coach and supervise colleagues to maintain an exceptionally compassionate service and support continuous improvement across the home.

You will bring a valid NMC PIN, knowledge of the National Standards and the NMC code of practice, plus experience in person-centred care planning.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC pin and knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice.
• Background in person-centred care planning in a care home.
• Strong communication, organisation and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing support and guidance in the Home Manager's absence.
• Supervise and coach colleagues to maintain high-quality care.
• Ensure safeguarding compliance and accurate record-keeping.
