Job summary

Ninja Warrior UK Southampton is seeking energetic team members to join our Customer Experience & Party Host team. You'll host unforgettable parties, greet guests at reception, and support café service while guiding guests through our obstacle courses.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, active environment, enjoy working with families, and deliver outstanding customer experiences with a smile. Full training provided and opportunities to develop within a popular leisure venue.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills with a positive attitude.
• Strong energy and ability to engage children and families.
• Excellent team collaboration and reliable service.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Host amazing birthday parties and group events.
• Welcome guests at reception, check bookings, and take enquiries.
• Oversee activity areas, supervise obstacle courses, and supervise safety.
• Prepare and serve drinks and food, maintain hygiene and service during busy periods.

Ninja Warrior UK Southampton is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as General Assistants.

This is not your average customer service role. One moment you'll be hosting an unforgettable birthday party, the next you'll be welcoming guests at reception, serving food and drinks in our café, or helping guests conquer our Ninja Warrior obstacle course and giant inflatable park.

What You'll Be Doing

Party Host

• Delivering amazing birthday parties and group events.
• Leading activities and engaging with children and families.
• Serving party food and ensuring celebrations run smoothly.
• Creating unforgettable experiences from arrival to departure.

Reception

• Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Checking customers in and assisting with bookings.
• Answering telephone and email enquiries.
• Processing payments and promoting memberships, events and merchandise.

Court Marshal

• Supervising activity areas and obstacle courses.
• Delivering safety briefings.
• Encouraging participation and helping guests have fun safely.
• Monitoring equipment and maintaining excellent safety standards.

Café Team

• Preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Supporting busy service periods.
