Job summary

Ninja Warrior Liverpool is seeking enthusiastic Ninja Guest Hosts to welcome guests and help create a memorable arena experience for families. You will manage check-ins, guide visitors, and promote upcoming events and add-ons to enhance the guest journey.

As the first point of contact, you will work closely with the Ninja Fuel Crew, Course Team and Party Squad to ensure clear communication and an outstanding customer experience from entry to exit. A high-energy, positive mindset is essential.

• Contribute to a safe, enjoyable environment for families and visitors.

Ninja Guest Hosts are the face of the arena — the first warriors our guests meet. Ninja Guest Hosts set the tone for the entire warrior journey, helping kids feel pumped and excited while giving parents confidence, reassurance, and a sense of safety from the very start.

As the first point of contact, you have the power to create unforgettable moments — from smooth check-ins, to guiding guests around the arena, to building excitement and anticipation for the challenges ahead.

You’ll also promote upcoming Ninja events, special activities, and add-ons to ensure every guest gets the most out of their time with us. Working closely with the Ninja Fuel Crew, the Course Team, and the Party Squad, you’ll help ensure clear communication and deliver the most legendary customer experience on the planet.
