Ninja Warrior UK Southampton is seeking energetic team members to join our Customer Experience & Party Host team. You'll host unforgettable parties, greet guests at reception, and support café service while guiding guests through our obstacle courses.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, active environment, enjoy working with families, and deliver outstanding customer experiences with a smile. Full training provided and opportunities to develop within a popular leisure venue.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills with a positive attitude.
• Strong energy and ability to engage children and families.
• Excellent team collaboration and reliable service.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Host amazing birthday parties and group events.
• Welcome guests at reception, check bookings, and take enquiries.
• Oversee activity areas, supervise obstacle courses, and supervise safety.
• Prepare and serve drinks and food, maintain hygiene and service during busy periods.
