Job summary

Compass Community Limited is recruiting a Night Time Residential Worker for one of our four-bedded Learning Disabilities Children's Homes, supporting four wonderful boys under 11.

You'll provide a calm, reassuring overnight presence, help with bedtime routines and morning preparation, and contribute to a therapeutic, supportive environment that helps the children feel safe, valued and respected.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential and youth care preferred.
• Must be 22 years or older and hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Using your experience and skills, you will assist with the care of our children and young people.
• All our homes adopt therapeutic practise, giving you the opportunity to develop into a specialist care provider.
• You will create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.
• You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.
