Responsibilities

• Your day-to-day role will involve supporting children in care with educational pursuits, hobbies and activities.
• All homes adopt therapeutic practice and involve reflective practice to continually improve care.
• You will build positive relationships with the children, meet their needs and safeguard them.
• You will create timetables, set boundaries and maintain consistency and organisation.
• You may oversee children with varying levels of supervision as needed.
