Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking Experienced Support Workers for a residential home supporting four adults on the Autism Spectrum and Learning Difficulties. Night shifts 21:30–07:30 with safety checks and personal care.

Applicants should have at least 3 months in care, be empathetic, reliable, and able to work as part of a team; a DBS within 6 months or arranged, right to work, and willingness to complete training. £13.71 per hour with up to 28 days holiday.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Residential or Learning Difficulties care setting is essential.
• Good communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Follow individualised care plans and document activities.
• Work with the care team to provide a range of daily activities.
