Job summary

Kibble in Paisley, United Kingdom seeks a Child and Youth Care Worker to support young people during the night across residential and community services. You will ensure safety, respond to crises, and work under Night Service Managers to maintain high standards of care.

The role requires a driving licence and experience with vulnerable children or young people; training will be provided, and you may need to travel between services.

Qualifications

• HNC in Social Care or SVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of working with young people or vulnerable people is essential.
• Be willing to work across different services in the Kibble Group and to drive between sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the safety and well-being of young people during night shifts across residential and community services.
• Respond to crises and follow care plans under supervision of Night Service Managers.
• Record progress and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to meet targets.
