Sainsbury’s Group is seeking an experienced nightshift manager to lead a store overnight, delivering replenishment and prioritising deliveries. You’ll oversee the full shift, ensure safety, and prepare the store for the morning rush.

You’ll coach colleagues, monitor KPIs, and handle disciplinary matters while working with autonomy in a fast-paced environment. A focus on customer service and team wellbeing is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Proven track record of coaching colleagues to deliver great service.
• Experience managing performance and absence issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead overnight replenishment and prioritise store deliveries.
• Manage a full store operation during the shift and ensure colleague safety.
• Maintain high standards for morning service readiness.
• Conduct performance conversations and scheduling.
• Deliver excellent customer service and coach the team.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Handle employee relations issues and disciplinaries.
• Work independently when senior managers are absent.
