Sainsbury’s Group is seeking a Night Shift Manager to lead a team overnight, ensuring replenishment, safety and readiness for the morning shift. You will manage performance, coaching, and disciplinary matters while maintaining high standards of customer service and store operations.

The role is full-time, based in the Folkestone area, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences during out-of-hours trading.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a night shift in a fast-paced store environment.
• Ability to manage performance and disciplinaries.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver replenishment and prioritise deliveries.
• Run a full store operation on your own overnight, ensuring safety of colleagues.
• Maintain high standards to be ready for customers in the morning.
• Manage scheduling, performance, and pay accuracy for the team.
• Oversee KPI monitoring and drive performance improvements.
