Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for the Nightshift in Macclesfield. The role leads an overnight team to manage replenishment, warehouse organisation and shelf replenishment, with responsibility for safety and smooth operations from 22:00 to 08:00.

The position is permanent, full-time, with a base salary of £31,700 and a nightshift premium. You’ll influence KPI performance, coaching colleagues and ensuring the store is ready to serve customers each morning.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight team to deliver all replenishment activities and prioritise deliveries.
• Run full store operations overnight; ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are ready for the morning shift.
• Manage performance, scheduling and pay, including disciplinary actions when needed.
