Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd – Cheltenham store is seeking a Nightshift Customer and Trading Manager on a part‑time basis. You will lead overnight replenishment, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are stocked for morning trading.

You’ll manage a shift, oversee safety and staff wellbeing, coach team members, and drive KPI performance to deliver high service levels for customers in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Night shift experience in a high‑volume, operational environment.
• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proven ability to monitor KPIs and drive performance across a team.
• Strong customer service orientation with coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse and replenishing shelves.
• Often run a full store operation overnight, being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning to ready the store for customers.
• Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay processes.
