Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited in Loughton is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager – Nightshift to lead overnight replenishment and store operations.

You will manage a team, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are replenished, with a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary.

This role requires strong night shift leadership, a focus on customer service, KPI delivery and creating a safe, inclusive environment for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading overnight store operations and replenishment.
• Ability to manage a team and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store whilst getting stuck in yourself to prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves.
• Often, you get to run a full store operation on your own overnight being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store
• Making sure that standards are brilliant come morning so we’re ready to serve our customers
• People management is a big part of the role, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
