Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking an experienced nightshift manager in Weston-super-Mare to lead the overnight replenishment team and run store operations. You will prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and ensure shelves are stocked for the morning rush.

You’ll be responsible for people management, performance coaching, and disciplinary processes while maintaining a safe and productive environment for colleagues during out-of-hours trading.

Qualifications

• Brilliant customer service track record and coaching colleagues.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership in store absence of senior managers.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding KPIs across sales, availability, or engagement.
• Experience managing employee relations issues including performance and absence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver replenishment and prioritise deliveries.
• Run full store operations overnight, ensuring safety of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are ready for morning service to customers.
• Manage performance, scheduling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
