This full-time night role involves managing performance, scheduling, and pay accuracy, with KPI-driven targets and a £4,500 night shift premium on top of base salary. The package includes store-wide benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a nightshift team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong people management and disciplinary capability.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities and organise warehouse operations.
• Manage the full store operation overnight and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are ready for the morning shift and coach colleagues to maintain high customer service.
