Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment across the store and organise warehouse and shelves.
• Run a full store operation overnight and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant by morning to serve customers.
• Manage performance and scheduling, disciplinaries and payroll accuracy.
