• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced, customer-focused retail.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences through teams.
• Proven success in delivering and improving KPIs in operations.
• Experience managing disciplinary, performance, and absence cases with fairness.

• Lead and manage overnight managers to complete all replenishment tasks for the morning.
• Plan for upcoming trading activities with the store leadership team.
