Job summary

MERKUR Slots in Mansfield is seeking a Team Member Nights to welcome customers and help create a great gaming atmosphere. This 24-hour-per-week, night-shift role runs 23:00–06:00 with a pay rate of £12.84–£13.84 per hour.

We value excellent communication and a friendly, proactive approach. Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling is helpful; training will be provided and rotas include weekends and Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills with a passion for first-class service.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environments is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop; able to work on weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping maintains a high standard and gaming equipment is clean.
• Offer rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and escalate issues per policy.
• Assist with admin tasks to maintain accuracy and support promotions.
