Job summary

Home Group in Exeter is seeking a dedicated night worker to help keep residents and buildings safe. You’ll patrol, monitor CCTV and fire doors, greet visitors, handle repairs or cleaning tasks, and act as the first line of support when the wider team isn’t around.

Working three 12.5-hour night shifts per week, 7pm to 7:30am, you’ll use technology to update records, respond to incidents calmly, and coordinate with colleagues to manage anti-social behaviour. DBS check is paid for by us.

Responsibilities

• Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
• Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning.
• First line of support for our customers when the wider team isn’t around to help.
• Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly.
• Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour.
