Job summary

Home Group in Exeter is seeking a dedicated night worker to help keep residents and buildings safe. You’ll patrol, monitor CCTV and fire doors, greet visitors, handle repairs or cleaning tasks, and act as the first line of support when the wider team isn’t around.

Working three 12.5-hour night shifts per week, 7pm to 7:30am, you’ll use technology to update records, respond to incidents calmly, and coordinate with colleagues to manage anti-social behaviour. DBS check is paid for by us.

Job details

• Occasional travel between Prospects house (EX4 4EY) and Northgate Court (EX4 3EA) may be required.
• Working on a rolling rota, you'll work three 12.5-hour night shifts per week, between 7pm - 7:30 am
• Although you’ll work nights / lone work, we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings
• Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
• You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
