Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in South Shields is seeking an experienced Nightshift Warehouse Operative to support daily warehouse and distribution operations on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on operating material-handling equipment and ensuring accurate order processing during night shifts.

You will drive a Counterbalance FLT and PPT as required, load wagons, and maintain high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• RTITB Licence essential for role.
• Experience as Warehouse Operative in logistics environment and knowledge of Manual Handling.
• Ability to manage workload and work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate PPT & Counterbalance FLT according to pick requirements.
• Loading wagons in preparation for delivery.
• Completing order paperwork and logs to ensure accuracy.
• Adhering to all health and safety practices on site.
