Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance FLT license for our Warrington site. The role is permanent, full-time with a rotational shift 0600–1400 or 1000–1800. There is an on-call rota one week in four, with an extra £157.50 per week on call plus potential annual bonus of £1,300. Location: Warrington WA4 4SN.

There will be a drug and alcohol screen as part of recruitment. Role involves picking, packing and distribution of materials and requires own transport.

Qualifications

• Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative in a logistics environment.
• Counterbalance FLT License is essential.
• Reach FLT experience would be advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in prepa­ration and distribution of volume orders.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage workload.
• MHE experience and basic computer skills.
• Own transport is required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk warehouse.
• Pick and pack items from storage and prepare them for shipment.
