HC-One Ltd. is hiring a Clinical Unit Manager for night shift to lead a care home team and ensure high-quality nursing care for residents. The role focuses on delivering Kind Care and maintaining dignity and wellbeing, with responsibilities covering the home when leadership is absent.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, and will mentor colleagues while maintaining effective communication with residents and families in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities to coach junior staff.
• Excellent communication and liaison skills with residents, families and multi-professional teams.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a specific area of the home and oversee care delivery.
• Run the Home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
• Provide person-centred care and support as a practice supervisor and assessor.
