Job summary

Campsie View Care Home in Kirkintilloch is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to lead the day-to-day clinical operation of a care unit. You will support nurses and care teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to residents, with a focus on standards and governance.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, experience leading clinical teams, and the ability to manage medication, care planning and clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Experience leading, supervising or managing clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and care standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of your unit.
• Monitor and support medication management and care planning.
• Mentor colleagues and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Home Manager and leadership team to drive safe, person-centred care.
