Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of care and oversee part of the home as Clinical Unit Manager.
• Run the Home in the absence of the Home Manager.
• Ensure resident dignity and wellbeing in every interaction.
• Advocate person-centred care and effective communication.
• Attend safeguarding training and report concerns as required.
