Job summary

Welcome Break's Ramada Cambridge location is seeking a Hotel Nights Receptionist for immediate start with flexible part-time hours. You will be the friendly face guests see first, handling check-ins and check-outs and providing information to help ensure a great stay.

You will manage bookings and payments, answer calls, and follow health and safety procedures. Full training provided, and you can join a supportive team with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• This role requires delivering friendly, welcoming service and helping guests feel at ease.
• Stay calm, organised and professional when the lobby is busy.
• Take pride in getting bookings, payments and guest requests right.

As a Hotel Receptionist at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll be the friendly face guests see first (and the helpful voice they speak to last!) From smooth check‑ins and check‑outs to answering questions and keeping everything organised behind the desk, you’ll help create a great stay for every guest.
