Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall is seeking a Nights Assistant to join our luxury hotel team. This role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and assisting across Spa and Food & Beverage areas to ensure a seamless guest experience. Weekend and Bank Holiday flexibility is required.

You will use booking systems, manage reservations, and promote hotel packages. The position is part-time (17 hours per week) with a 2/7 schedule and a pay rate of £13.47 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, professional, and guest-focused approach.
• Confident in using booking systems and handling multiple tasks at once.
• Sales-minded attitude with the ability to promote services and packages.
• Knowledge of spa and hotel operations is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out.
• Handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Answering all phone calls professionally and politely.
• Maintaining a helpful demeanour and providing information to guests.
• Assisting with guest inquiries and local attractions information.
• Understanding hotel and spa facilities, policies and procedures.
• Promoting spa and hotel packages and treatments to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Assist on reception duties when required.
• Support across other areas of the hotel including Spa and Food & Beverage.
