Job summary

Hiddenwell is seeking a Nights Assistant at Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire. The role is part-time (17 hours weekly) with a nights schedule, 2 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.

The pay rate is £13.47 per hour, with responsibilities spanning reservations, check-ins/out, and guest services to ensure a warm, memorable stay. You’ll welcome guests, assist across Spa and F&B as needed, and promote spa offerings while coordinating with other departments for a seamless guest

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, professional and guest-focused approach.
• Confident using booking systems and multitasking.
• Sales-minded with ability to promote services and packages.
• Knowledge of spa and hotel operations is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in/out.
• Handle reservations, check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Answer phone calls professionally and friendly.
• Sell packages and additional treatments to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Provide reception support when required.
