Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall is seeking a Nights Assistant to join our luxury hotel team. This role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and assisting across Spa and Food & Beverage areas to ensure a seamless guest experience. Weekend and Bank Holiday flexibility is required.

You will use booking systems, manage reservations, and promote hotel packages. The position is part-time (17 hours per week) with a 2/7 schedule and a pay rate of £13.47 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of spa and hotel operations is a plus (training provided).

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Assist on reception duties when required.
• Support across other areas of the hotel including Spa and Food & Beverage.

As part of our wider hotel team, flexibility is important. While your main responsibilities will be within the Nights team, you may also be required to support other areas of the hotel when needed, including our Spa and Food & Beverage departments, helping us deliver a seamless experience for our guests throughout their stay

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in and check-out experience
• Handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Answering all phone calls professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly manner
• Maintaining a polite and thorough demeanour, ensuring all relevant information is received and provided to guests
• Assisting with guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions
• Following procedures accurately and have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's and spa's facilities, policies, and procedures
• Effectively sell packages and additional treatments to guestsCoordinating with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Assisting on reception duties when required
• Providing support across other areas of the hotel when required, including Spa and Food & Beverage, to support operational needs and the overall guest experience

Additional Information

• This is a Nights position. Full flexibility is required as the role will include weekends and Bank Holidays
• Part-time-time - 17 hours per week
• Working 2 out of 7 days per week including weekends and public holidays
• £13.47 per hour
