Job summary

LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Night Front Desk Agent to greet guests during the night, handle late check-ins and overnight requests, and ensure a calm, secure lobby.

Based at St Martins Lane London and Sanderson London, you will coordinate with housekeeping and security, perform night audits, and deliver warm, professional service to all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or night audit experience, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
