Job summary

LGH Hotels Management, home to St Martins Lane in Covent Garden, is seeking a warm and professional Food & Beverage Host to greet guests as they arrive and set the tone for memorable experiences.

You'll collaborate with restaurant, bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service, manage reservations, seating, and special requests, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Creating outstanding first and last impressions through warm, genuine welcomes and farewells.
• Greeting and seating guests with confidence, professionalism, and personality.
• Managing reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations to ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Building positive relationships with guests and anticipating their needs before they ask.
• Handling enquiries and special requests with care, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Working closely with restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams to create seamless service experiences.
• Maintaining a welcoming, elegant, and inviting atmosphere throughout the reception and dining areas.
• Helping guests celebrate special moments and creating experiences they want to return for.
