The Morgans Originals group, including St Martins Lane London and Sanderson London, is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to help lead a vibrant F&B operation in a luxury, lifestyle setting. You will support the F&B Manager across bars, restaurants and in-room dining, nurture a guest-first service culture, train staff, manage shifts and collaborate on menus and guest experiences.
