The Sanderson by Morgans Original, part of Morgans Originals, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first and last impression for guests at two iconic London properties. You will greet guests warmly, manage arrivals and reservations, and address requests with care, collaborating closely with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B to deliver seamless service.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, a guest-first mindset, and excellent communication skills, with flexibility to work shifts

• Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
• A guest-first mindset and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
• A polished appearance and a warm, professional demeanour.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
